भारत UHR GOVERNMENT OF INDIA रेल मंत्रालय ~=MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS रिलवे बोर्ड RAILWAY BOARD) No. 2021/TC(FM)/18/23 — Part (1) Rail Bhavan, New Delhi- 110001, dated 16.12.2022 The General Managers, All Zonal Railways Sub:- Modified policy for Gati Shakti Multi-Modal Cargo Terminals (GCTs) - “regarding amendments in Standard Agreement”. Ref :- (i) Master Circular on “Gati Shakti Multi-Modal Cargo Terminals - 2022” issued vide letter no. 2021/TC(FM)/18/23 dated 06.12.2022 (ii) Standard Agreements for GCTs issued vide Railway Board's letter no. 2021/TC(FM)/18/23 —-Part (2) dated 07.07.2022. Railway Board had issued Standard Agreements for Gati Shakti Multi- Modal Cargo Terminals, as per GCT Master Circular-2021, vide letter under ref-(ii) above. However, in view of revision in the Policy for management of Railway land as well as other amendments in the GCT policy, a revised Master Circular on GCT Policy has been issued vide letter under ref-(i). In order to expedite early commissioning of GCTs, on non-Railway land as well as on Railway land, Divisions may be advised to undertake necessary amendments in the already issued Draft Standard Agreement, by incorporating the changes in the policy as per the revised GCT Master Circular-2022.
