Policy guidelines on Liberalized Special Freight Train Operator (LSFTO) Scheme were issued to the zonal railways vide FM Master Circular/LSFTO/2020 under Board’s letter No. 2020/TC(FM)/4/02 dt. 16.03.2020 2. The eligibility condition under Para 3.1.3, 3.3 and 3.4 has been amended as follows: Amended Para A Joint venture company or partnership of companies. The company should have a net worth of | (To be deleted) minimum Rs. 50 crore or an annual turnover of minimum Rs 75 roreas on 31“ March of the last financial year Existing Para A Joint venture company or partnership. In case the applicant is a subsidiary company, experience and net worth of the holding company, owning more than 50% equity, may be reckoned for the purpose of para 3.2 and 3.3 above. However, in such cases, the applicant company should have a minimum of 25% of the prescribed net worth. qe ~ Page 1 of 2 L6-4.
