Ref: This office letter No. 2017/Trans/01/Policy dated 5.2.2018

This office letter No. 2017/Trans/01/Policy dated 5.2.2018 on the above subject stands
withdrawn. Powers with regard to inter-railway/inter-division transfer on own request basis and
mutual transfer of divisional controlled cadres of non gazetted employees may be exercised as
per provision in Model SOP - Part F item 10(D). This issues with the approval of Chairman
Railway Board.
