GPWIS Agreement executed between SCR and M/s Ultratech Cement Limited on 11.03.2023 and Agreement for Maintenance dated 06.06.2023. kak Sub: General Purpose Wag Railway Board vide letter No.2018/TC(FM)/4/21 dated 12.09.2022 accorded approval for procurement and operation of Thirteen (13) BOXNHL rakes under GPWIS in favour of M/s Ultratech Cement Limited. Out of which 5 rakes have been allotted to SCR zone for the circuits as under : » UTCM-MBSH/MUTG and back — 2 rakes- Circuit | » UCLJ-MLLT/MUTG and back- 2 rakes- Circuit-II] » UCLG-UCLC and back- 1 rake -Circuit VI The above permission is granted to M/s Ultratech Cement Limited as Producer or Consumers of the goods to be transported by rail in terms of item (i) under “para 4.0 Eligibility” of the policy circular dated 26.04.2018. Out of the 05 BOXNHL rakes mentioned above, M/s Ultratech Cement Limited have procured and inducted 01 (one) BOXNHL rake consisting of 61 (Sixty One) BOXNHL wagons and 01 (one) Brake Van, from M/s Titagarh Rail Systems Limited, Kolkata. The date of commencement of the 1* rake is 10.04.2024 as notified vide this office Commercial Circular No.58 of 2024 dated 10.04.2024. Now, M/s UltraTech Cement Limited have procured the gre (second) BOXNHL rake consisting of 61 (Sixty One) BOXNHL wagons and 01 (one) Brake Van, from M/s Titagarh Rail Systems Limited, Kolkata. The list of wagons is enclosed as Annexure-!. The standard rake size of BOXNHL wagons will consist of wagons as per the latest Rates Circular conforming to the Standard composition with One (01) Brake van per rake. 2 The rake inducted under GPWIS Scheme shall not be merged in IR’s pool of wagons and will be distinctly indicated through a colour scheme (i.e. GPWIS colour: Black Grey, RAIL-7021 in the prescribed colour scheme of RDSO). M/s Ultratech Cement Limited to ensure access to and acceptance of train consisting of GPWs into each of the Private Terminals from where such train is originating and terminating prior to dispatch of such train as per Para 7.1.16 under Article-7 of the Agreement. 4. Maintenance by IR and Maintenance Depot : The maintenance of the wagons will be done by Railways as per the Maintenance Agreement dated 06.06.2023 executed between CRSE (Freight)/ SCR/SC and M/s Ultratech Cement Limited under General Purpose Wagon Investment Scheme (GPWIS). in terms of Railway Board letter No 2018/TC(FM)/4/21 dated 22.08.2023, the below me
