GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (RAILWAY BOARD) No. 2016/TG-1/9/P/Pantry Car New Delhi, dated 29.03.2016 Chief Commercial Managers, All Zonal Railways. Sub: Ear staff. king of accommodation in Pantry Car for Railway Please refer to instructions issued by Tourism and Catering Directorate vide letter no. 2015/TG-IIV645/8 dated 18.03.2016 wherein it ‘was inter-alia advised that berths in the single pantry car will be avilable ‘only for Train Superintendent and onboard catering staff. The matter has been reviewed and in supersession of the instructions referred to above, it has been decided thatthe distribution of berths in the pantry car of Rajdhani [Express trains with single pantry car will be as under:- Btvetrical Staff One Mechanical (C&W) Two including 4 OBHS. (departmental staft) Signal &Telecom + One (shared with 2 pantry staff) Train Superintendent One Pantry Car Manager: © -One “The remaining 9 berths will be shared by the remaining pantry staft 1.1. It is, however clarified that the other clauses of letter 2015/1G- 111/645/8 dated 18.03.2016 still holds good and have not been superseded. 2, Zonal Railways should take necessary action to notify the above said distribution of berths in pantry car of Rajdhani Express trains with immediate effect.
