All Zanal Railways.
Sub: Inclusion of Ail India SC & ST Railway Employees Association
(AICESTREA) and All India OBC Rellway Employees
Association (AIOBCREA) in PREM Group.
The competent authority has decided to include AISC&STREA and
AIOBCREA as participants In PREM Group at Board, Zonal and Divisional levels in
additian 10 AIRF, NFIR, IRPOF, FROA and AIRPFA.
2. It has further been decided that the Presidents and General Secratarfes of
AISC&STREA and AIOBCREA will ba the representatives o/ thase two Associations
at the various lavels and will ba entitied to all the facilities under tha PREM scheme
at par with the other PREM members/constituants.
3. Necassary arrangements may please be made to comply with these
instructions, .
