Please refer to Railway’s letter no. * _________ dated _________ wherein the 
category-wise list of stations alongwith additional information such as station code, name 
of the division, etc. based on the annual passenger earnings of 2006-07 was furnished to 
Board’s office. 
 
 
On the basis of the information furnished by the zonal railways, stations over 
Indian Railways have been compiled and put under various categories, details of which 
railway-wise is enclosed. 
 
 
Discrepancy if any should be pointed out by 15.11.2008 failing which it would be 
treated as final.
