Stabling at a station with only one loop line and no siding.

# Working during night, DRM give permission subject to following conditions: 1.The workspot shall be well lit. 2.Second class accommodation for laborers provided on the train. 3.Guard of train ensure that no labourer is traveling in material wagons.

The speed of a material train in no case shall exceed 75kmph
Guard & Loco Pilot of material train responsible for protecting train in accordance with rules when working between stations.
They are authorised to direct Gang mate and Gang man to assist them in this regard.

# If material train required to stand on a gradient of 1 in 50 or steeper, the engine attached at down gradient. On down gradients steeper than 1 in 100 pushing not permitted. On gradients flatter than 1 in 100, ascending or descending, pushing may be permitted.

# Dividing outside station limits, in an emergency, only on authority and personal supervision of a P W I. Guard apply HB in BV and of sufficient number of wagons, lock by means of safety chains or Skids. Dividing of material rain standing on a grade of 1 in 100 or steeper is prohibited.

# SECURING SM and Guard responsible for ensuring train berthed clear of FMs. Points leading to line are set against, clamped and padlocked. The HB of sufficient number of wagons and the BV are screwed down. Formation is secured by safety chains and padlocks at either end.

# Material trains examined and certified fit to run by TXR once in 30 days. BPC valid for 30 days provided weekly inspection done by TXT staff. The Engg OIC is responsible for moving it to base depot before expiry, for a fresh BPC. If BPC invalid due to lapse of 30 days rake be brought to base depot with GDR check.
