GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (RAILWAY BOARD) No.2025/CRB&CEO-CC/03/04 New Delhi, Dated : 10.07.2025 The General Managers, Zonal Railways/PUs, DG/RDSO, Director/CTIs, MDs/CMDs PSUs etc. Sub.: Extension of Timeline for Submission of Self Appraisals for APAR Year 2024-25 Ref.: (i)This office letters of even number dated 11.04.2025 and 13.06.2025 (ii)DoP&T’s letter No.11059/04/2025-AIS-III dated 30.06.2025 As per the existing timelines, self-appraisals for the APAR year 2024-25 were to be submitted by 30th June 2025. However, the Department of Personnel & Training (DoP&T), vide their letter dated 30.06.2025, has extended the deadline for submission of self- appraisals upto 15th July 2025. 2. Keeping in view the above, the Competent Authority has decided that date of submission of all the APARs which got auto forwarded without self appraisals may be extended upto 15.07.2025. 3. All APARs which got auto forwarded on mid night of 30.06.2025 are available for self appraisal at the level of officer reported upon. All concerned officers are requested to submit their self-appraisals well before the revised deadline. All APARs pending at the reported upon level will be auto forwarded again on 15.07.2025 after 23:59 hrs. 4, Your cooperation in ensuring timely submission is highly appreciated.
