Policy on “AUTOMOBILE FREIGHT TRAIN OPERATOR (AFTO) SCHEME” was issued vide Freight Marketing Circular No. 2 of 2013 under Railway Board’s letter No. 2010/TC(FM)/25/4 dated 22.2.2013. Since then, a number of amendments have been issued from time to time.
