Ref: FM Circular No. 11 of 2022, issued vide Board’s letter no. 2022/TC(FM)/10/04, dated 13.06.2022. न के के न के के OK Attention is invited to Board’s letter under reference, wherein ‘Policy guidelines’ and ‘Standard Conditions of Contract’ for Commercial Earning and Non Fare Revenue (NFR) Contracts awarded through e-Auction, were issued. In this regard, the Competent Authority have approved ‘Special Conditions for Contract’ for ‘leasing of Parcel Space in Brake-vans (SLRs)/ Parcel Vans’. A copy of the same is enclosed herewith. These guidelines shall be applicable only for ‘leasing of parcel space in SLRs/VPs’ contracts, awarded through e-Auction. This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways. Zonal Railways must ensure strict compliance of the above instructions. Special Conditions for Contracts for leasing of Parcel Space in Brake-vans (SLRs)/ Parcel Vans 1.0 Eligibility conditions: As specified in the auction catalogue. 2.0 Unit rate for the purpose of offering and accepting bids shall be: For contracts for leasing of parcel space in Brake-van (SLR) — per trip (one way); For contracts for Leasing of space in Parcel Van — per round trip (both ways) 2.1 For the space in Parcel Van, leasing will be done on round trip basis. 2.2 Contract will be awarded to the highest bidder provided their bid is more than or equal to the Reserve Price. 2.3 The bidder will have to submit bids for all the week-day(s) offered in the lot. There will be no option of selecting/ not selecting some of the week-day(s). 2.4 No leave days will be allowed for the parcel le
