(Corrigendum to Commercial Circular No. 23 of 2016) Sub: Policy on earmarking of berths on demand from IRCTC for Value Added Tour packages. Please refer to this office letter of even number dated 06.05.2016 . . (Commercial Circular No. 23 of 2016) on the subject quoted above and find enclosed the annexure mentioned in Para 2.1 of the letter referred to above which was inadvertently not enclosed x Fat (Vikram Singh) Director Passenger Marketing Railway Board a ee etn वि वि दे व cieblte at | Annexure Illustration of fare and service charge to be paid by IRCTC and the lump sum deposit to be deposited by them. Eg. Sector: New Delhi —Jammu Train no.: 12425 Class: 3AC Full fare for each berth: %1185/- Service charge = $296 (25% of the fare) Total fare for each berth = 71481 Total amount to be paid by IRCTC for say, 10 berths = 1481x10 = 14810 . The above said amount will be paid by IRCTC for each trip. In addition, a lump sum deposit of 714810 (value of one single trip) will be deposited by IRCTC before the first trip of that package which shall be refunded on completion of the currency of the particular value added tour package. ‘Dell/Bimy documents LETTER lelter_2016
