Vide this office letter under reference, Divlsions were advised to implement 100 % preparation
of E-Balance Sheets for UTS & PRS locations over SWR and the monthly status to be given in the MCDO
subm itted to this office.
ln this connection, it is to inform that UTS applications of SWR migrated to new hardware and
any Glitches/issues found in the E-Balance Sheet Application may be immediately informed to
CRIS/O/MAS for early rectification and complete preparation of the UTS E-Balance Sheet for the Month
of lune-2021 may be ensured.
The complete implementation E-Balance sheet over lndian Railways is monitored continuously
at Railway Board. Therefore a compliance report may be submitted in the following format before
15.07 .2021.
