where UTS has been introduced.
No.TCII/2304/07 (.) Reference Ministry of Railways’ letter of even number dated
6.6.2007 (Commercial Circular No. 59 of 2007) wherein Railways were advised
that, at those stations where UTS has been introduced, they should keep the
existing stock of PCTs for 3 months only (.) In partial modification of the above
instructions, Ministry of Railways have decided that depending upon the
circumstances, Zonal Railways can take their own decision for indenting &
keeping stock of PCTs (.) Necessary instructions may be issued to all concerned
(.) This disposes off NC Railway’s letter No. C.TKT/Indent/NCR/07 dated
