Railway, Gorakhpur North Central Railway, Allahabad. N.F. Railway Guwahati South East Central Railway, Bilaspur Southern Railway, Chennai South Western Railway, Hubli S.C.Railway, Secunderabad. West Central Railway, Jabalpur. S.E. Railway, Kolkata Western Railway, Mumbai No.TCII/2003/98/Rules (.) Reference Ministry of Railways’ letter No.TCII/2003/89/ Rules dated 24.5.94 wherein it was, inter-alia, stated that the applications for coaching refund against TDRs received after 90 days shall be rejected as time barred (.) In supersession of the above instructions, it has been decided that if the application for refund is received after the expiry of the stipulated period of 90 days, such cases shall also be examined on merits in Refund Offices under the powers delegated under the provisions “beyond tariff rules” (.)
