Charges for booking and carriage of luggage and property including 
animals by circus special trains were last revised vide Board’s telemax No. 
TCII/2033/86/Circus dated 17.8.2000. 
  
 
Ministry of Railways have decided that the luggage and property (including 
animals ) offered for booking by circus parties under S.No.3(2) of Annexure to 
Rule 101 of IRCA Coaching Tariff No.25 Part I, Volume II will be charged at the 
rate of Rs.10.45 per km. Per 4-wheeled vehicle subject to minimum distance 
provided in the rule.  This rate will take effect from 1.12.2007 and will remain 
valid till the rates are further revised by Board. 
 
 
 
This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry 
of Railways. 
 
 
Necessary instructions may be issued to all concerned immediately.
