(Commercial Circular No.74/2002) '. - Subs Mateserved Ticketing System . Please find enclosed herewith schematic diagram of Unreserved Ticketing . System. The components of UTS are station server, dumb terminals, thin client, Automatic Teller Machine, Ticket Vending Maching, Hand Held Terminals, existing SPTMs and modified embedded SPTMs. sO ‘ The UTS software with station server and dumb terminals has already been developed by CRIS and has been implemented in Delhi Area. The 18806 of MST/QST through ATM has already been developed by Central Railway. Thin client embedded system is under development by CRIS. . _ The existing SPTMs are required to be interfaced to the Zonal Railways. Modified SPTMs with embedded should also be connected to the Zonal Sesrver. Ticket Vending Machine (T'VM) and Hand Held Terminals (HHT) are under development and once a pilot project is successful, the same will be interfaced with Unreserved Ticketing System (UTS). ‘The complete system with above extension will be known as ‘Unreserved: Ticketing System’.
