You have been provided with HHT device named: Datamini TAB T84G Wifi MAC ID:0028158AOA6C _ _—s—bearing IEMI-1 No: 354610940080094, IEMI-2 No: 3546109540205097, costing an amount of Rs. 8500/- on dt: 12.07.2022. As per letter mentioned under reference 1), Point No: 9.2 (ili), the staff has to submit 80% of the cost of HHT device when the device Is lost during the first year since acceptance. (Enclosed) In accordance to the letter mentioned under reference 2), you have lost your HHT device in the rest room of HWH terminal as per HWH GRPS GDE No:2043/23 Dt: 31.05.2023. Therefore, since you have lost your HHT device within the first year of its acceptance; you are advised to submit Rs. 6,800/- (Rs.
