Concessional tickets as per rule shall be issued on the existing fare as above not on the revised fare, Fickets on pass shail be issued as per rule. Fortnightly review may be made as regards utilization of the seats on the above mentioned | sections by CCMs of zonal Railways. and earnings thereon, Sunilar such sections of other popular trains should be identified and detailed proposals with all relevant facts may please be furnished to this office for further necessary action 7.
