Commercial circulars no. 68 of 2017 dated 09.10.2017. 2. Commercial Circular no. 27 of 2018 dated 09.05.2018. 3. Commercial Circular no. 64 of 2018 dated 06.11.2018. 4. Commercial Circular no. 50 of 2019 dated 18.10.2019. In continuation of above instructions Ministry of Railways have decided that the currency of above instructions regarding Discounted fare in Shatabdi train, 12042 New Jalpaiguri-Howrah Express over New Jalpaiguri- Malda Town section shall be extended further for another period of one year i.e. from 14.11.2020 to 13.11.2021. हि 2. Zonal Railway may send a report on the working of the above scheme to Board by 10.10.2021 to further review the above scheme. 3.
