Please find enclosed a copy of Central Railway’s letter No C/CRS/BB-162 dated 19/23-10-2001 on the above noted subject wherein Central Railway has given the details of functioning of the Computerised Token System introduced at Computerized Passenger Reservation. Cenlre Mumbai CST and public opinion thereof ° Ministry of Railways desire that the feasibility Of introducing the similar system on zonal railways may be explored and wherever feasible, the scheme may be implemented under intimation to this office. The new rangement has been appreciated by all users visiting this certer and so far 68 appreciations have been recorded by them.
