wherein it was advised that wait list tickets may be issued in
Tatkal Scheme to the extent of Tatkal quota earmarked.
This
facility has since been introduced w.e.f. 15/12/2005.

It is now, clarified that the normal rules applicable for
grant of refund on wait list/partially confirmed tickets will also
be applicable to the waitlisted and partially confirmed Tatkal
tickets.
