(3) PR Manual _ AS pet para 5.2 (read with 6.1 & 6.4) of chapter Iii of PR Manual, there is provision of Security deposit for any possible damage to Railway property during the film shooting. Further, as per commercial instruction dated 09.04.2010 there is also provision for security deposit of %50,000/-(Fifty thousand) per coach subject to a minimum of %2,50,000/- for film shooting. Since permission for film shooting is processed through Chief Public Relations Officer of the respective Railway/Units therefore Ministry of Railways desire that Chief Public Relations Officer of the respective Railway/Units may work as nodal officer in respect of charging as well as refund of both of the above mentioned security deposits and combined security deposit (PR part as well as of commercial part) as one part may be collected from the party. ©PRO shall be responsible for charges as per PR manual, for the rest, he will get the charges leviable from CCM and shail issue one final Bill incorporating all charges. de eo ] lyre (Seema Sharma) (Dr. Monica Agnihotri) Director (Information & Publicity) Director Passenger Marketing Railway Board .
