Sub: Allotment of Emergency Quota to Members of Parliament/VIPs Please refer to this office letter No. 98/TG.1/14/P dated . 23.04.1998 (copy enclosed) wherein guidelines regarding procedure for allotment of emergency quota have been advised to all zonal railways.
