COMMERCIAL CIRCULAR No.39 OF 2020 DRAFT NOTIFICATION FOR TRC NO.2 OF 2020 (Coaching) Sub: Rationalisation of Flexi fare scheme in Rajdhani, Shatabdi and Duronto trains. Ref: Board's Commercial Circular No. 65 of 2018 dated 06.11.2018 22 of 2019 and 56 of 2019 (this office Commercial Circular No.254 of 2018 dated 14.11.2018 and 234 of 2019 dated 20.11.2019). Authority: Railway Board's Ir No.TC-1I/2910/2018/Flexi Fare recommendation Dated 20.11.02.2020 (Commercial Circular No.09 of 2020} pers 2 In partial modification of above instructions, Ministry of Railways have decided to delegate =" power to PCCMs Zonal Railways to implement graded discount scheme in Rajdhani, Shatabdi & Duronto trains from 01 day to 04 days prior to scheduled departure of train i.e (D-1to D-4) instead of the existing D-4 (04 days) prior to scheduled departure of the train. 2. There shall be.no change in others terms & conditions. 3. CRIS is requested to make necessary changes in the software. 4. Receipt of this letter may be acknowledged. These instructions may also be seen on the Indian Railways website-www.indianrailways.gov.in under the head commercial circulars. 5. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
