(Commercial Circular No.37 of 2015) Sub: Serial numbering of PRS ticket rolls. केसे से हैं के Please refer to this office letter No. 99/TG-I/20/P dated 11.08.1999 (Commercial Circular No. 24 of 1999) wherein it was inter alia advised that all Zonal Railways should adopt a uniform system of ticket rolls of 200 tickets starting from serial No. 000 to 199. 2. It has, however, been brought to the notice of this office that different zonal Railways are adopting different patterns on this account. On some ' Railways numbering pattern is from 000 to 199 whereas on others it is in continuation from 000 to 199, 200 to 399 and so on. The matter has been examined in this office and it has been decided that all zonal Railways should adopt a uniform pattern of numbering of PRS ticket rolls which will start from 000 to 199, 200 to 399, 400 to 599 and so on. (2015 का वाणिज्य परिपत्र सं. 37) विषय: पीआरएस टिकट रॉल्स की क्रम संख्या। कं के रे कर रे मे कृपया इस कार्यालय के दिनांक 11.08.1999 के पत्र सं. 99/टीजी-/20/पी (1999 का वाणिज्यिक परिपत्र सं. 24) का अवलोकन करें जिसमें अन्य बातों के साथ- साथ यह सूचित किया गया था कि सभी क्षेत्रीय रेलें क्रम सं. 000 से आरंभ करके 199 तक 200 टिकटों के टिकट रॉल्स के लिए एकसमान प्रणाली अपनाएं। 2. बहरहाल, इस कार्यालय के ध्यान में लाया गया है कि अलग-अलग क्षेत्रीय tet इसके लिए अलग-अलग पद्धति अपना रही हैं। कुछ॑ रेलों में, नम्बर देने की प्रद्धति 000 8.199 तक है जबकि दूसरे रेलों में यह 000 से आरंभ होकर 199 तक और उसके आगे 200 से 399 तक और इसी प्रकार इससे आगे भी है। इस मामले की इस कार्यालय में जांच की गई है और यह विनिश्चय किया गया है कि सभी क्षेत्रीय रेलें पीआरएस टिकट रॉल्स पर नम्बर देने की एकसमान पद्धति अपनाएं जो 000 से आरंभ होकर 199 तक और उसके आगे 200 से 399 तक, 400 से 599 तक और इसी प्रकार इससे आगे भी है। यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि यह पद्धति पीआरएस स्टेशनरी का वर्तमान स्टॉक समाप्त होने के बाद, परन्तु अधिक-से-अधिक 01.01.2016 तक अपनाई जाएगी जिसके बाद सभी पीआरएस टिकटों के टिकट tee पर उपर्युक्त पद्धति से क्रम संख्या दी जाएगी। (संजय मनोचा) उप निदेशक यातायात वाणिज्य (सा.)ता रेलेवे बोर्ड प्रतिलिपि प्रेषित :
