During the meeting of committee constituted te look into the

Suggestion received regarding modification in the software developed by
ERIS, it was pointed out that the serial number of tickets and the starting

and terminating numbers in ticket rolls are not uniform in all the PRS
centers,

Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) have considered the matter and

“decided that all railways should adopt a uniform system of ticket rolls of

two hundred tickets starting from Serial number "000 to 199", Necessary
action may please be taken accordingly.
