(COMMERCIAL CIRCULAR NO. 2 SOF 2014) Sub: Introduction of scheme for establishment and operation of Yatri | Ticket Suvidha Kendra (YTSK) Ref: Commercial Circular No. 33/2014 dated 8.8.2014 Western Railway, vide letter No. C 550/17/0/YTSK has sought certain : clarifications regarding the YTSK Scheme circulated vide CC No. 33/2014. The issues raised by WR along with clarifications are as under:- .
