RREKK हर In continuation of above instructions, Ministry of Railways has decided that ५ the following additional procedure shall be followed for booking and movement of Special coaches/saloons/trains:etc. on FTR. (1). Placing of Indent: (a). In case party/individual placed an indent directly online through IRCTC website. The following declaration by party shall be added in the system during the process of online booking of special trains/coaches/Saloons on Full Tariff Rates: (i) I shall ensure that no extra passenger will travel other than the bonafide passengers for which passengers list will be provided to concerned railway official before the start of journey. I shall also ensure to get token card issued for all members of the party before start of journey. --2/- © Scanned with OKEN Scanner -2- (ii) I shall ensure that no inflammable and explosive materials shall be carried in the trains/coaches allotted. In case, such substances are found, I shall be liable for strict action as per rule. (iii) I shall follow all Railway Rules and regulations during the entire journey. (b). If party/individual approaches to IRCTC offices through telephone/mail/ fax: In the existing proforma as being used by IRCTC for application of booking of special trains/coaches on FTR on behalf of party/individual, the above declaration shall also be collected from the party/individual with signature. (2). Regular checks in Special trains/coaches booked on FTR as regards number of passengers and prohibition of transportation of inflammable and explosive materials as per rule etc., shall be u
