(Commercial Circular No. *7O© /2011) Sub:- Fixation of Reserve Price for Train Side Vending (TSV) contacts. Ref:- 1. West Central Railway vide letter No. WCR/HQ/C/902/TSV/Policy dtd. 25.10.201. 2. Board’s —_letter. No. 2010/TG.JH/645/12 dt.22.06.2011 (CC No. 31/2011 letter. No. 2010/TG.11/645/12 dt.22.06.2011 West Central Railway vide letter No. WCR/HQ/C/902/TSV/Policy dtd. 25.10.201 while referring para 7.1 has requested to specify accepting authority of the Reserve Price for TSV (Train Side Vending) worked out by the Committee of JAG officers, as the same has not been specified in para 7.1 of CC No. 31/2011 letter. No. 2010/TG.IN/645/12 dt.22.06.2011. The matter has-been examined in Board’s office and Board have decided to insert a new Para no. 7.2 in the Commercial Circular No. 31/2011 issued vide letter No. 2010/TG.1II/645/12 dt.22.06.2011 as under : 7.2 CCM will be the authority to accept the recommendations of the JA grade Committee to fix the reserve price as well as approval of TSV contracts.
