In Partial modification of the above mentioned Commercial Circular, Ministry of Railways desires that in case no berth is opted for the childrén of age 5 years and under 12 years of age at the time of reservation in that case minimum distance for charge shall not be applicable. In such cases only half of the applicable adult fare shall be charged. In other cases minimum distance for charge provision shall continue. , 2. Other terms and condition shall remain same 3. The above should be implemented w.e.f 01.05.2017 4.
