Sub: Station Ticket Booking Sewak (STBS) scheme — Clarification regarding
charging of commission
Kindly refer to S.Nos. 3-4 of Commercial Circular No. 70 of 2013 and
Commercial Circular No. 11 of 2014, regarding appointment of STBS and calculation
of commission payable to them
2. In view of the references received from Zonal Railways regarding lack of
viability in the Scheme due to reduced commission when calculated on cumulative
basis, the matter has been re-examined and the following decisions have been taken:-
i. Qut of the applicants fulfilling the eligibility conditions, the candidate(s)
who opts for the least commission (on the 4% commission slab) on
monthly sales turnover will be selected for appointment. (S.No. 3 of
CC 70/2013 will stand modified)
ii. Where more than one applicant quotes the same commission i.e. below
4% rate, then selection may be done through draw of lots. (S.No. 4 of
CC 70/2013 will stand modified.)
iii. ' The commission shall be calculated on monthly sales turnover, as is
. being done in case of Halt contractor. (CC 11/2014 will stand modified)
3. Necessary instructions may be issued to all concerned.
4. This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways

स्पष्टीकरण।
कृपया 2013 के वाणिज्यिक परिपत्र सं. 70 और 2014 के वाणिज्यिक परिपत्र सं. 11 के
क्रम सं. 3-4 का अवलोकन करें जो स्टेशन टिकट बुकिंग सेवकों की नियुक्ति तथा उनको देय
कमीशन को परिकल्रित करने से संबंधित है।
संचयी आधार पर परिकलित करने पर घटाएं गए कमीशन के कारण इस योजना में
व्यावहारिकता के अभाव से संबंधित क्षेत्रीय tal से प्राप्त संदर्भों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, इस मामले
की पुन: जांच की गई और निम्नलिखित निर्णय लिए गए:-
पात्रता शर्तों को पूरा करने वाले आवेदकों में से, जो उम्मीदवार मासिक बिक्री
टर्नओवर पर सबसे कम कमीशन (4% कमीशन के Ce पर) को ऑप्ट करेगा
नियुक्ति के लिए उसका चयन किया जाएगा। (वाणिज्यिक परिपत्र सं.70/2013 के
