Sub: Facility of free journey to SC/ST candidates appearing in exams
conducted by Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs)/Railway
Recruitment Cells (RRC) on the downloadable admit cards.

As per instructions issued vide Board’s letter of even number dated
15.10.2014 (Commercial Circular No.44 of 2014), SC/ST candidates appearing in
the exams conducted by RRCs were allowed to book ticket on submission of self-
attested photocopy of admission certificate and SC/ST certificate.

2. A proposal was received from Establishment Directorate of Railway Board
that this facility may also be extended to SC/ST candidates appearing in exam
conducted by Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs).

3. The proposal was examined and it has been decided that in all cases where
admit cards of various exams are uploaded by RRB & RRC, the facility of free
journey may be made available on the authority of downloadable admit cards.

विषय: रेलवे भर्ती बोर्डों (आरआरबी)/ रेलवे भर्ती सैलों (आरआरसी) car आयोजित
परीक्षाओं में भाग लेने वाले अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जन-जाति के
उम्मीदवारों को डाउनलोड किए गए प्रवेश पत्रों पर नि:शुल्क यात्रा की सुविधा
प्रदान करना।

बोर्ड के दिनांक 15.10.2014 के समसंख्यक पत्र (2014 का वाणिज्य परिपत्र
सं. 44) के तहत जारी किए अनुदेशों के अनुसार रेलवे भर्ती सेलों द्वारा आयोजित परीक्षाओं
मैं भाग लेने वाले अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जन-जाति के उम्मीदवारों को प्रवेश प्रमाणपत्र
की स्व: प्रमाणित प्रतिलिपि और अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जन-जाति प्रमाणपत्र को प्रस्तुत
करने पर टिकट बुक करने की अनुमति प्रदान की गई थी।

2. waa बोर्ड के स्थापना निदेशालय से एक प्रस्ताव प्राप्त हुआ था कि रेलवे भर्ती
बोर्डो(आरआरबी) दूवारा आयोजित परीक्षाओं में भाग लेने वाले अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित
जनजाति के उम्मीदवारों को भी यह सुविधा प्रदान की जाए।

3. इस प्रस्ताव की जांच की गई और यह विनिश्चय किया गया है कि ऐसे सभी मामलों
में जहां tad af asked भर्ती dat द्वारा विभिन्‍न परीक्षाओं के प्रवेश पत्र अपलोड किए

जाते हैं, वहां डाउनलोड किए जाने वाले प्रवेश पत्रों के प्राधिकार पर निशुल्क यात्रा की सुविधा

उपलब्ध कराई जाए।
4. सभी संबंधितों को आवश्यक अनुदेश जारी किए जाएं।
