Commercial Circular no. 19 of 2014 dated 16.05.2014. 2. Commercial Circular no. 20 of 2014 dated 16.05.2014. 3. Commercial Circular no. 26 of 2014 dated 20.06.2014. This refers to the instructions issued under Commercial Circular No. 26 of 2014 dated 20.06.2014 advising that the implementation of revision of passenger fares shall come into effect from 25.06.2014. 2. | In this regard, it has been further decided that Para 10 of the Commercial Circular No.19 dated 16.05.2014 regarding collection of difference in fares and other charges shall not be applicable in the following cases:- i, Premium special trains on dynamic pricing ti.
