Appointment of facilitators for issuing of unreserved tickets through ATVMS Site at Ministry of Railways and it has been decided that the scheme of facilitators
- Chief:Commercial Managers, ~ GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (RAILWAY BOARD) पद भर से All Zonal Railways (COMMERCIAL CIRCULAR NO. 25 OF 2017) Sub: Appointment of facilitators for issuing of unreserved tickets through ATVMS Site at RK मे ह Please refer to this office letter of even number dated 10.03.2016 (CC No. 10 of 2016) on the subject quoted above wherein instructions were issued for extension’ of scheme of facilitators upto 31.03.2017. It was also - Clarified that no further extension to facilitator scheme would be given for those zonal Railways where it was initially introduced in 2011 as per instructions contained in Commercial Circular No.60 of 2011. 2. . The issue regarding extension of the scheme of facilitators beyond 31.03.2017 has been examined in consultation with Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways and it has been decided that the scheme of facilitators --may be extended for another one year, i.e. from 01.04:2017 to 31.03.2018 on the extant terms and conditions on all Zonal Railways. It is desired that (i) Concerted efforts should be made by Zonal Railways to educate passengers about the features of AT VMs (iit) Videos showing the demo of passengers using ATVMs should also — be shown on the CCTVs installed on the platform so as to educate the passengers on this aspect.
