Sub; Dealing of Defence Department Quota ~ Revised Procedure,
Based on the. discussion held in
the meeting with Deferice Department
Officers, the following decisions have been taken in respect of Defence Quota
dealing: -
1 Trials going on in Delhi area for Defence quota allotrnent directly through
PRS counter have not been found convenient by Army Headquarters, The same
should, therefore, be discor tinued and old system of
em Of allotment of Defence quota
by MCO in Delhi area be restored at the earliest.
2} MCO will provide the details of the persons in whose favour the quota has
been released 24 hours in advance
