(COMMERCIAL CIRCULAR NO. 21 OF 2013) Sub: Revision of Tatkal charges. As per announcement made in the Railway Budget 2013-14, it has been decided to revise Tatkal charges. Now, the Tatkal charges will be realized @ 10% of basic fare for reserved Second (28) class and 30% of basic fare for all other classes subject to minimum and maximum as given below:- ः Class of Travel Minimum Tatkal Maximum Tatkal Charges (in हैं - Charges (in रे Reserved Second Sitting (2S) 15 Sleeper AC Chair Car AC-3 tier . AC-2 tier Executive 2. These charges will be applicable for journey starting from 01.04.2013 onwards. 3. The fare list displayed to the public at. stations should be revised and corrected showing the new charges with effect from 01.04.2013. Special arrangements should be made to ensure that necessary instructions reach the staff well in time. Steps should also be taken to ensure that the staff fully understand these changes and implement them properly. 4.
