Ref: Commercial Circular no. 17 of 2015 dated 16.03.2015. Vide above mentioned Commercial Circular, Ministry of Railways had delegated दी powers to Divisional Railway Managers (DRMs) to decide the rate of platform tickets for the purpose of regulating rush at platforms during specific requirements like mela, rally etc under intimation to this office. 2. The same has been reviewed and it has been decided that the power delegated to Divisional Railway Managers (DRMs) to decide the rate of platform tickets shall be treated as withdrawn with immediate effect. 3. However, other terms and conditions of the referred Commercial Circular no. 17 of 2015 dated 16.03.2015 shall continue. 4. Ensure action accordingly and confirm, 5.
