Ref: Metro Railway/Kolkata’s letter no. Metro/Div/O&M /T-542/Policy dated 03.03.2023. . In reference to above, Ministry of Railways approve repeat approve the Kolkata Metro Railway’s proposal regarding composite tickets and fare thereon for N-S corridor and new Orange line section and uniform rates applicable for Tourist Smart Cards. 2. However, as regards, Tourist Smart Cards, the matter may be reviewed periodically after every 6 months to assess the impact on overall revenue. 3. This disposes of the Metro Railway, Kolkata’s letter no. Metro/Div/O&M/T- 542/Policy dated 03.03.2023.
