GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF RAILWAY (RAILWAY BOARD) No. 2010/TG-11/1010/34 New Delhi, Dt.20.4.2010. The G eneral Managers, All Zonal Railways. - COMMERCIAL CIRCULAR NO. 20/2010. Sub: Counselling of licensed porters. ‘It has been brought to the notice of Railway Board that incidents of misbehaviour with passengers by the licensed porters are on increase. It is, therefore, desired that the licensed "porters at each railway station may be counselled to behave properly and courteously with the passengers. Such counselling should be made to all the licensed porters through Station Superintendents/ Station Managers/ Station Masters. Inspecting inspectorial staff should ensure that these instructions are followed rigidly. It may please be treated as most urgent. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this letter. ea j-4}le (V. K.
