Sub: - Holding of DRUCC meeting during Parliament Session.
As per extant instructions meetings of DRUCC &.ZRUCC are to
be held only during non-session period. A clarification has been
sought by Western Railway whether DRUCC meetings can be held
even when Parliament Session is on keeping in view the fact that no
Members of Parliament are nominated on DRUCC.
The matter has been examined and it has been decided that the
meetings of DRUCC can be held by zonal railways even when
Parliament Session is on. Necessary instructions may be issued to all
concerned.
