Sub: Extension of contract period of hait contractors

in continuation of Board’s letter of even number dated 12.1.2004, itis further
clarified that review of the existing policy is likely to take some time and as such
the contracts of the existing halt stations, which are expiring very soon OF before
34.10.2004, may be extended upto 31 40.2004. Further action beyond 31.10.2004
may be taken on the basis of fresh guidelines to be issued by Board.
