5. _ The revised rates are &pplicable . Stibject to Condition that with. th
revisions of rates ae licence fee shoud also be revised to 15% in case of Pantry
cars and 12% of sa turnover, in case of refreshment rooms being managed by
licences. This revision of licenca foe will also take into effect from 1.7.99 in all
cases including refreshment fooms, static units, Stalis, trolleys selling different
commodities like snakes, tea/coffee, juice/milk items, curio items etc, ete Zonal
Railways may, therefore, revise licence fen accordingly w.a.f. 1.7.99 and arrange
their recovery from the licencees. Sales tumover may again be analysed on
yearly basis. in case of static units like Refreshment Rooing bullding/equipment
rent may be charged as Per extant instructions in addition te the licence fee
which is 12% of sales turnover. | .
8. Special attention should be paid to the standard of food/beverages,
quallty/quantity and pattern of service. in order to avold repatition of service of
