Sub: Permitting attendants on HOR to the Ministers of Uttar Pradesh
Government.

A request was received from Uttar Pradesh Government for permitting
Hon’ble Ministers of Uttar Pradesh Government four sleeper class berths for
attendants while travelling in train on HOR, who may precede or follow the
Ministers. The matter has been examined in this office and it has been decided
that Hon’ble Ministers of Uttar Pradesh Government while travelling in trains on
HOR may be permitted four sleeper class berths for attendants only “if
accompanying Hon’ble Ministers. This facility will, however, not be
permissible if the attendants are preceding or following the Ministers.”
Necessary instructions should be issued to all concerned and receipt of this
letter acknowledge.
