Sub: Selection of model stations for upgradation of Passenger Amenities

_ Please refer to Board’s letters number 99/TGIV/10/PA/Model Stn. Dtd 4.6.99, 5.14.99,
20,4.2000, 83.2000, 17.5.2000, 11.8.2000, 27.9.2000, 23.3.2001, 12.9.2001, 17.10.2001,
26.3,2002, 9.9.02, 30.12.2002 and 28.1.2003 on the above subject indicating the names of
293 stations selected as model stations for provision of upgraded passenger amenities.

Ministry of Railways has now decided that Sitamarhi and Janakpur Road Railway
stations may be added to the existing list of 293 stations. Necessary action may please be
taken for provision of specified upgraded passenger amenities at these stations in addition to

the stations on your railway selected earlier for the purpose as per Board's letters nurnber
99/TGIV/10/PA/Model Stn dtd 4.6.99 and 10.9.2001. '

This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of Ministry of Railways.
