Passenger. amenities. a ot

Please: refer to Board’s Ietters of even miuuber dt. 4.6.99 and
5.11.99 on the above subject indicating the names of 67 stations
selected as model stations for provision of upgraded passenger
amenities.

Ministry of Railivays (Railvay Board) tue now decided that 47°
more stations may be! added to the existing list of G7 stations. A list’
indicating the names of these 47 stations is cuclosed.

Necessary action may be taken for provision of upgraded

| passenger amenities at these +7 stalions in addition to the 67 slatious
4 selected carlier for the’ purpose. It is desired that provision of specified

upgraded passcuger ‘amenilics at these stations should be done
ynmediately as per Board’s letter of even number dt4.6,99 aud
No.99/TG.1/ 10/SPTMs cdt.16.6.99, The detailed estimates for the
purpose «would be sauctioncd by DRMs if the work falls wider DRM’s
power otherwise GMs should sanction the saine. Funds may be re-
appropriated .from existing funds allocation under the Passenger
Amenities Plan head and top most priority should be accorded fo items
listed in Board’s letters dated 4.6.99 and 16.06.99 ibid,

Nizamuddin,katthar, Khurda Road, Moradabad, Nanded, Palghat Jn.,

Rajahmundry, Rourkela, Shimla, Trichur, Varanasi Jn. and Warangal. |
