. Card issued by Rajya Sabha Secretariat to the Member of Parliament’ and
their spouse for their train journey were enclosed. In continuation of the
letter referred to above, please find enclosed a copy of the Board's: letter
No. E(W)/92/PS5-7/8 datdd/04.11.1999 on the albove quoted subject, —
along with specimen copies;of Identity Card issued «by Lok Sabha
Secretariat to Members of Parliament and their spouses for mil journey
Necessary instructions thay be issued to all concerned staff to be
vigilant while issuing tickets oy the authority of ‘identity cards and
checking done in the running trains.‘ —

Zonal Railways are already aware of the existing rail travel facilifics”
available to the sitling Members of Parliament, their Spouses and Companions.
For purpose of proper identification, a specimen copy each of the following
- documents being issued by the Lok Sabha Secretariat to the Members of the 13"
Lok Sabha are sent herewith for guidance:-
(a) Member's Identity Card
(b) Member’s Spouse Railway Pass
(c) Member's Railway journey Forms
(d) Member’s Spouse Railway Journey. Form
~ (e) Railway Journey Fomns for one person to accompany the Member
2. Each passes and Railway Journcy. Forms will be consecutively machine
numbered starting trom ‘1° onwards. °
3, Zach Identity Card tor Member and Member's Spouses Railway Pass will
be signed by Shri S.C. Rastogi, Di
