KKK The Joint Procedure Order, mentioned vide Reference, was reviewed by the General Manager and the following directions modifying the same are issued for information, guidance and necessary action of all concerned. ‘As per extant practice in most of the Zonal Railways, no NOC is needed for switching the Salary Bank A/C. Same be implemented in Southern Railway. It is the prerogative of employee to decide as to which bank he / she should have the salary A/C, as long as it is RBI approved scheduled commercial Bank. If an employee choses to take loan from any Bank/NBFC, the Railway shall not be the surety/guarantor in any such case’.
