Centralized Public Grievance Redress and 
Monitoring System (CPGRAMS)
Web Application that aims at 
providing the Citizens with a 
Platform for redress of their 
Grievances
A single window application for 
various Ministries/Deptt/Org. of 
Government of India to receive 
the grievances from various 
channels and process them for 
their redress within stipulated 
timelines

CPGRAMS IS ALSO ACCESSIBLE TO THE 
CITIZENS THROUGH
Google Play store
Mobile application

Status of the grievance filed in CPGRAMS
Grievance filed in CPGRAMS  can be 
tracked with the unique registration ID 
provided at the time of registration of the 
complainant.
After closure of grievance, if the 
complainant is not satisfied with the 
resolution, they can provide feedback.
If the rating is “poor” the option to file an 
appeal is enabled.

redress in CPGRAMS

Court related/Subjudice matters.
Religious Matters.
Suggestions.
Grievance of Government employees 
concerning their service matters.

Registration Number of the grievance can 
be clicked to view the details.
Urgent in nature are flagged with caption 
urgent in red color.
Such grievances to be look into by Grievance 
Officer on top priority.

Target date  for closure of grievance in 
CPGRAMS
The target date for closing the 
grievance received in CPGRAMS is 
“Seven days”.
The target date for closing the 
grievance received in CPGRAMS 
appeal is “Thirty days”.
