Inorderto ensure that suppy-chainsforessential commodities are not sruped due
to the nationwide lockdown on account of COVID-19 pandemic, permission was grated to

28052020, permission has been granted for booking of parcel and luggage in 15 pars of
Special Rajdhanls and 100 pais of Special Mall/Express trans, Scheduled (timetabled)
Parcel Special rainsare also being run between O-D pairs having high demand
Since, these regular train services are now avallable to transport essential
commodities, it i fle that running of ‘indented’ Parcel Special trains with reduced
composition af +1 not desirable,
Hence, it ७ decided tha indent Parcel Trans shal be permitted to operate with 3
‘minimum composition of 10 Pareel Vans + SL’ fa-pecishabe zai and witha vlskmum
